Residential Construction Project Manager: Looking for a candidate who’ll be responsible for providing management and technical support for project development and implementation of plans and building codes, will communicate directly with contractors concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling. Prepare project status reports and to ensure plans adhere to budget and contract specifications, will plan, lead and control the construction process and serve as a point of contact for all site-related project activities. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 3-4 years of experience in the residential construction business, must be very familiar with the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, especially the building codes.

Field Superintendent Assistant: We’re looking for a candidate to oversee the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project. Will work with contractors to complete project within the given budget and timeframe. Resolving contract disputes and arranging any necessary order changes. Our ideal candidate will require at least 2 years of residential construction experience, a bachelor’s degree important but not necessary.

Office Assistant: Looking for a candidate who’ll assist management in controlling the construction process’ paperwork and schedules to ensure adherence to specifications and contract documents, will serve as a liaison between management, consultants, subcontractors and equipment vendors. Our ideal candidate will require 1-2 years of residential construction or real estate related experience, with knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the construction business.
