DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Locate commercial, construction, community or event prospects.
Set appointments for New Sales Representatives.
Collect and provide prospect information to New Sales Representatives.
Track which vendors prospective customers are using and when those contracts renew.
Monitor and review customer accounts to determine potential customer issues and escalate as appropriate.
Enter information into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to produce quotes.
Collaborate with New Sales Representatives to transfer prospective accounts.
Other duties as assigned.
Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products – i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Must have a professional phone demeanor;
Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities; and
Must be able to work well with internal customers at all levels of the company.
One year or more of inside sales experience
