The Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority, a water conservation and reclamation district and a public corporation, provides stewardship for the water resources in its ten-county statutory district, which begins near the headwaters of the Guadalupe and Blanco rivers, ends at San Antonio Bay, and includes Kendall, Comal, Hays, Caldwell, Guadalupe, Gonzales, DeWitt, Victoria, Calhoun and Refugio counties.
From IH-35 in New Braunfels, TX, take exit #189 and go east on Texas Highway 46E for 11.3 miles. Turn left onto U.S. 90 ALT E/W Court Street and go 2.1 miles. GBRA Main Office is on the right.
