With just a few techniques\, you can dramatically increase survivability in the most common scenarios. This class is for anyone 18-108 who would like to learn basic self-defense skills to protect themselves.\n\n\n\n\n\nThe staff of Rising Phoenix will be offering\, a special promotional rate of 20% off monthly tuition for KACC members interested in enrolling at the studio as a 'Thank You' for attending\, \n\n\n\nThrough hands on demonstrations and practice you'll learn:\n\n\n	How to defend against multiple attackers\n	How to get into the mindset of a survivor\n	Simple effective striking techniques to protect against attackers\n	Drills to practice technique and build confidence\n\n\n\n\n\n\n*Space is limited\, and registration is required.*
