Sales Associate - Hands On Healing Med Spa

We are looking for a Receptionist to be responsible for ensuring a high level of satisfaction for spa customers by completing the following tasks: greeting customers, handling correspondence, answering customer inquiries, escorting guests to treatment areas, promoting spa services, and making sure spa operations run smoothly.

• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness and overall benefits of massage therapy and other services
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive attitude
• Be a team player
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
