Advertising Sales Representative

Looking to hire a sales person for our two publications in Hays County. There is no rush to hire, my goal is to find the right person who will fit in and grow with our team long-term.

The position:

• Includes print, digital, social media and special section sales with two established newspapers.

• Is commission only, with the potential for a 90-day guarantee and goal-based commission incentives.

• Is a full-time position with a flexible schedule.

• Is in-person in Kyle, TX.

The right candidate:

• Is a self starter who, once trained, will take the project and run with it.

• Is not afraid to ask questions when needed.

• Is confident in their abilities.

• Understands the growth potential for a commission-only position.

• Is looking to join a team long-term and grow relationships with community businesses as a marketing partner.
