Chamber Luncheon
November's luncheon will touch on Hot Topics in Employment Law for 2017, to include: (i) an update on the pending DOL and OSHA regulations, together with suggestions for how to prepare for the implementation of those regulations if efforts to block them fail; (ii) an explanation of OSHA's 2017 inspection priorities; (iii) a discussion of the EEOC's Strategic Enforcement Priorities for 2017-2021; and (iv) an explanation of the new posters that employers are required to post in their workplaces. Links to available governmental resources and required posters will also be provided to attendees.
