CAMPO: SH 45 SW Project

Commissioner Jones would like to let supporters of the SH 45 SW project know that CAMPO has scheduled a public hearing on the future of SH 45 SW on Monday, September 10 at UT Lady Bird Johnson Auditorium, 2313 Red River St., Austin at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will probably start sometime after 6:30 PM.

Directions to the LBJ Library and Museum  (Near IH 35 and Texas Memorial Stadium).  Drive north on IH 35 through downtown Austin, take exit 235B and stay on the frontage road to Manor Rd., then turn left to cross IH 35.  Turn right on Red River St.  The LBJ Library and Museum will be on your left with a very large free parking lot next to Red River St.  CAMPO signs will point the way to the Auditorium.

It is critical that we get as many supporters for this project at the meeting on September 10th because the level of support will determine whether the project remains in the CAMPO plan for the future. If you are in attendance please sit up front as Commissioner Jones will introduce the supporters of the project in his public comment.

In addition, there will be a community meeting from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Elm Grove Elementary School Cafeteria, 801 FM 1626, in Buda on September 18th.
