Julie Snyder - IOM, CTE
Kyle Area Chamber of Commerce & Visitors BureauJulie Snyder is the CEO of the Kyle Area Chamber of Commerce, a position she has held since 2013. Prior to moving to Texas, she served as operations manager for the California Automotive Wholesalers Association in Sacramento, CA. She began her career in organization management 29 years ago at the Reno-Sparks NV Chamber of Commerce. Her experience also includes the Arizona Chamber of Commerce, and the Roseville CA Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of both the Institute of Organization Management through the US Chamber of Commerce and the Western Association of Chamber Executives’ (WACE) Academy Program. Julie also earned her CTE designation through the Texas Travel Industry Association. She is married, has two children and one grandson. She enjoys traveling and teaching fitness classes.
Peyton Diaz - Membership Representative
Peyton Diaz hails from the Central Texas city of Temple, where she followed her childhood dream of becoming a foreign exchange student to Germany in high school. Upon her return, she attended university at Texas State in San Marcos, where she served as Senate Clerk of the Texas State Student Government and Historian of the Political Science Honor Society. There, she obtained a BA in Public Administration with a minor in Business Administration. has since joined the Chamber of Commerce as the Membership Representative. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, collecting antiques, traveling, studying history & culture, and is currently pursuing her Texas Teachers' Certification.
Ariel Carmon - Events & Communication CoordinatorAriel is a native Texan, born and raised in Austin. Over the last decade she has worked in hospitality, catering, and retail management; developing skills that will allow her serve the Kyle area. After earning her B.A. in Journalism from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2014, she moved to New York, returning in late 2016.
When she is not at work, she can be found hiking the trails of the Texas Hill Country with her dogs, playing video games, or writing short stories.
