Dacy Lane Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

A ribbon cutting ceremony is being planned for Friday, July 20th, at 10am, to cut the ribbon on Dacy Lane. The program is being planned by Hays County and LAN. The event will be held in an area just south of the new bridge on the west side of the road.
