Texas A&M BBQ Fundraiser

It’s time again for our summer BBQ scholarship fundraiser. Many of you participated last year as sponsors in helping us raise ~$6,000 towards scholarships to Texas A&M. Thank you for supporting the students of Hays County. They were quite excited and very grateful about receiving their scholarship money.

We are asking for your support again this year. Our goal is to raise $8,000 to be able to provide even more scholarships than last year. Please consider a sponsorship from the form I have attached. This year the BBQ will be Saturday, August 4th from 5:00 – 8:00 at the Hays High School Cafeteria. The BBQ dinner sponsored by Fushaks BBQ will be served from 6-8. There will be live singing entertainment of popular music and a comedy routine. We hope to have a visit from the Yell Leaders. A silent auction will be the highlight of the event with signed sports paraphernalia.
