A full-service primary healthcare system in Hays county with locations in Kyle, San Marcos and Wimberley. We offer an array of primary care services including pediatric care, family medicine, senior care, women's health, dental care, behavioral health and specialty care. Of particular interest is our Sliding Scale program which is an income based fee (not health insurance) that provides a range of primary health care options for underinsured members.
