Operation Thank You!

Operation Thank you! Is ready to go! This will be the Chamber's annual membership appreciation days, thanking Chamber member businesses for their continued support and contributions to the Chamber and its activities. Volunteers will personally visit and thank Chamber member businesses in the local area and present businesses with the Member Directory/ Visitor's Guide, their Plaque, and our a Kyle Chamber Window cling if they don't already have one.



This two-day event agenda is as follows: 

Wednesday, February 22nd 
8:30 a.m.: Volunteers arrive at the Chamber office  (Coffee and refreshments) 
9:00 a.m- 11:30 a.m.: Deliveries begin
11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Volunteers may come by the office to grab a bite to eat and collect additional packets or end their shifts
1:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m.: Deliveries continue

 Thursday, February 23nd

I encourage all of our Ambassadors and Volunteers to deliver at least 5 packets within the two days period.

• Get out and meet your fellow Chamber member face-to-face- to say "Thank You" for being a member.
• Make new business connections and contacts.
• Bring yourself, co-workers, friends, or a team! We need all the help we can get.
• HELP US FOR A FEW HOURS, HALF A DAY, OR WHOLE DAY, IT'S UP TO YOU!
