Stamp Out Hunger is a national food drive that benefits the local food banks. All residents are encouraged to place nonperishable food items in a bag or box next to their mailbox on Saturday, May 9th
before their mail carrier arrives. If you don't have your own individual mailbox, you can place in the neighborhood or apartment mailbox area. When they come to bring your mail, they will take your donation. Please help the Hays County Food Bank stock our shelves for the summer. Food drives dwindle this time of year, and yet there are still 25,380 food insecure individuals in Hays County. Feeding America, 2013
