Top 3 win CASH / Amounts depend on number of entries - admin fee.I'll make 'the pot' $1,000,000 if we get enough people for the competition :)

5-10 = $150
11-15 = $300
16-22 = $500
23-28 = $800
29-35 = $1000
36-42 = $1250
43-55 = $1500
56 and up = $2000
*Athletes will have 6 weeks!*
Points are earned by:- - PR increases (point per lbs increased) Back Squat, Snatch, C&J, Deadlift, Bench press
- % fat lost using Jackson-Pollock 3-point method (double points earned)
- - Inches lost (Double points earned - (4 point assessment - L thigh, Hips, Waist, Chest)
- - Pounds lost (1 point per pound)
We will have a separate white board for this contest. We will track members progress. Fun times will be had!
We will begin initial assessments (Weight, PR assessments and body fat analysis and measurements the first week of January. The goal is to have everyone ready to go by Jan 15 and finish Feb 26th. Athletes will be 'taped' for inches once during the first week and once more the last week. PR's, Body fat caliper assessments, and body weight can be tracked weekly on the board, to illustrate progress, if the athlete chooses. Only the difference between the initial and final assessment count toward determining a winner!Register if your goals include:
